About This Opportunity
We are seeking entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representatives to win and grow small to mid-market shippers in defined territories. This commission-only role is ideal for true hunters with a network or the grit to build one. You will partner with our operations team to deliver reliable capacity, fast quotes, and proactive communication.
What You'll Do

Prospect and qualify shippers in your territory; schedule discovery calls and onsite visits

Scope needs across TL, LTL, and intermodal; prepare and present pricing proposals

Close new logos and coordinate smooth handoffs to operations

Maintain light-touch relationships to drive expansion and repeat business

Log activity, quotes, and pipeline updates in the CRM
What We're Looking For
Required:
-
1+ years in freight, logistics, or B2B field sales
-
Comfortable with commission-only
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline discipline

Reliable transportation for local client visits
Preferred:

Existing shipper relationships or carrier network

Experience quoting TL/LTL/intermodal

CRM proficiency (logging activities, forecasting)

New Logo: 30 percent of collected GP for the first 6 months per account

Residual: 15 percent of collected GP from month 7 onward while active

No cap; paid monthly on net collected GP

Accelerators: 35 percent at $60k new-logo GP; 40 percent at $100k (monthly)

SPIFFs: 150 dollars first load with a new logo; 300 dollars first 10000 dollars GP month

Paid by the 15th for the prior month
Territory, Activity, and Guardrails
-
Exclusive protection for accounts logged first in CRM and meaningfully engaged
-
90 day attribution window from first meaningful activity; first load locks ownership
-
Activity: 70–100 targeted outbound per day; 12–15 discovery calls per week; 4–6 onsite per week

Margin floors: 12 percent GP or 150 dollars GP per TL load (discounts need pre-approval)
